SIERRA 3DR RS COSWORTH E REG STUNNING rebuilt,superb example

76K miles with service history and every previous MOT from new.

Mot just passed with no advisory at all so valid until october 2017

Some restoration work carried out 2 year ago this included a full strip and repaint to the exterior, under bonnet parts powder coated and some parts under the car freshened up.
I have a full portfolio with all work carried out,car has done barely 2k miles since

Engine

200 long Studded block, ported head, new BD14 inlet cam and BD8 standard exhaust cam fitted recently, vernier wheels, AS inlet manifold, T38 turbo, Siemens 83 lb black injectors, Bosch 044 fuel pump, air injectors, group A K&N cone filter, Mongoose stainless exhaust, Bailey DV26 dump valve,Level 8 ecu with pectel board, Live mapped by Karl Norris at Norris Motorsport estimated at 450bhp

Bailey headertank, swirl pot, AS turbo heatsheild, blue samco boost and coolant hoses all powdercoated black, Blue powdercoated cam cover, uprated escort Cosworth radiator fans, Brand new coil, fans and fuel pump looms.
Recently fitted a new engine sensor kit along with dizzy cap, rotor arm and new leads to.

Very recently [2k miles ago roughly] had a full head rebuild which consists of New inlet valves, new valve stem oils seals, new valve guides, light head porting work, re cut valve seats etc, new Mountune wrc head gasget, new cambelt and tensioner, new oil and filter and new spark plugs.Had some small adjustments made to the map on the car to.All work carried out by a professional Karl Norris at Norris Motorsport.Engine is one of the best one's i have heard no knocks and runs superb

Transmission

Standard T5 gearbox with Alcon 6 paddle clutch.

Suspension

New front and rear Koni shocks with new Ahmed Bayjoo springs, new front group N top mount kit, powerflex polybushes all round, rear camber shims, front and rear strut braces.

Brakes

Front AP 6 pots with 330mm discs
Rear Standard set up

Wheels/tyres

Brand new Revoulution Millenium 8 x 17 with et30 offset, 6 mm spacers on the rear. 4 Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres 215/40/17 with excellent tread all round, I purchased these new and haven't covered many miles since.

Interior

AFR guage, boost and oil pressure guages located in the centre air vents.
Brand new headlining and drivers seat totally rebuild with bolsters,base foam and diaphram these were all replaced with genuine Recaro parts.
Brand new Ford electric aerial and has the standard Ford radio and amp fitted.

Exterior

The car has an RS500 style front splitter,rear lower RS500 rubber spoiler,RS500 rear fin,

General summary

The car has all the original Ford panels,no rot at all,underneath is solid and still looks fresh,very clean solid shell even under the body kit.The car is truely superb and gets lots of attention wherever it goes.
The paintwork has been applied to a very high standard, interior is superb with new recaro bolsters and headlining,spare wheel is as new with a Dunlop D40 tyre still fitted as per factory. Ford original supplying dealership number plates, tax disc holder and rear screen sticker.The car has masses of invoices, spare keys etc.Cat 1 security system fitted,

The car has many new parts fitted at time of restoration 2k miles ago and  is fully documented with pics to prove

engine is one of the best i have heard and one of the quitest also no funny noises or knocks,no oil leaks  ect
suspension is nice and firm and feels like a new car to drive and that's no exaggeration
t5 gearbox is also nice and tight no crunching

karl estimated it to be around 450bhp  all invoices present and just shy of 2k spent at NMS

I have owned many cosworth's and can honestly say this is the best out of them all,drives brilliantly if you want to cruise along and sound's amazing on boost
